Smart Multi-Monitoring Control Centre (SMC) Our control centre is compliance with SGSIA's Central Alarm Monitoring Station (CAMS) standard. Access to the control centre is restricted to authorized personnel only.

The control centre is equipped with the state-of-art computerized security monitoring systems. Rigorously trained professional with experience in emergency dispatch are stationed 24/7.

The control centre is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services provided include :-

  • Customer hotlines
  • Alarm monitoring facility as well as remote monitoring of CCTV systems
  • Remote monitoring of audio and video
  • Key holding service
  • Emergency first response service

Our control systems can record every significant detail of the emergency event, including date and time, action taken, person notified, and the operator responsible. All phone conversations are recorded and time stamped.

Facility in our Control Centre

  • Standby lighting and power for uninterrupted operation and communications in the event of a mains failure for 12 hours.
  • A secure cabinet and safe for the protection of senitive client's data and information.
  • An emergency alarm which when operated directly summons assistance.
  • More than five (5) single direct telephone lines

Control Centre consists of the following equipments :-

Internet Functionality Our Easy Patrol System & Tele-protection System offers two solutions for access to monitoring data via the Internet. One Internet Log Access (ILA), Global anytime - allows the end user to view selected data for their own site(s). The other Internet Dealer Access (IDA) allows someone with the relevant authorization to view, amend, add, or delete any data that relates to a group of sites they have access to.

Redundant back up power In the event of power failure, our central centre is equipped with back up generators as well as battery-powered uninterruptible power supplies. The generators are tested weekly to ensure secondary power supply is always be up and running.

Redundant computers Our control centre operates using two computers (one for normal and one for backup) for all security monitoring systems. If one goes down for any reasons, the other can keep operating, providing you with continous peace of mind.

Reliable phone service We understand safety depends on quick response. To reduce the risk of phone service interruption and ensure all calls go through swiftly, we employ more than one telecom service providers. If our regular telephone landlines are not available or the lines are disrupted, our control centre will communicate using the GSM mobile telephone network instead. Moreover, we are able to communicate with our clients via SMS Test Messaging to their personal mobile phone if they are required.
